YouScience Industry Certifications: How to Log In & Set Up and Exam
Teachers - Steps to Set Up an Industry Certification Exam:
- Log into YouScience at signin.youscience.com.
- Select "Faculty" if I am overseeing an exam.
- Select "Learner" if I am practicing taking an exam.
- Navigate to the Industry Certifications section.
- Click "Create Exam Code" and fill in the appropriate information.
- Select which exam you are wanting to administer:
- Single Exam. - ignore this option.
- Pre Test - This is a practice exam.
- Post Test - This is the Actual Certification Test!
- Agree to the proctoring Agreement and click 'Create Code'
- This is the code you will give to your students on the day of the exam
- Provide students with the login instructions and their assigned exam codes. (see below)
- After the student's log in and they enter their exam codes, I need to authorize them...then they can begin the exam.
Students - Login Instructions for Industry Certification Exam:
- Go to: https://www.youscience.com and select Login, then Brightpath Login, then Click on the Google icon!
- Click "Enter Code to Begin".
- Enter the provided exam code (this is the code you will share with them for the specific exam).
- ECS Practice Code for Spring 2026: CXFT3WHI3
- CSP Practice Code for Spring 2026: BCPWLC1A6
- After entering the exam code, they can start the exam. They should make sure to allow up to 35-50 minutes for the exam. The exam time limit is 90 minutes, but it is recommended they complete it in one sitting.
Note: If selecting the Google Icon does not immediately Log the student in...then try the following:
- Click "Create Account" (or use the Google SSO option if applicable).
- Complete the registration if it's their first time logging in. If they already have an account, simply log in with their credentials.
- After logging in, navigate to the Industry Certifications section.
