Definition: Conflicts are the categories of problems that the characters encounter during the story.
Definition: A problem between one person and multiple others. The Wizard of Oz: When Dorothy’s dog, Toto, nips at Ms. Gultch as she rode her bike, Ms. Gultch gets a court order so that the dog can be taken away.
